We want you to love your Julep beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Simply ensure products are in their original packaging to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your Julep products in their original box or a similar sturdy mailer, ensuring the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
